Todd Stutz

Vice President

Todd Stutz serves as Vice President of RT Residential, Inc. He leads the company’s overall vision, strategic planning, and policymaking. Todd has over thirty years of experience in the homebuilding and development industry. Prior to his role at Robert Thomas Homes, Inc. Todd was the COO of Rottlund Homes; one of the industry’s largest privately-held homebuilders and land developers. Todd holds a BS degree from his hometown school of Minnesota State University, Mankato. Todd is passionate about creating homes and neighborhoods for families across the Twin Cities.

Paul Grabow

Executive Vice President

Paul Grabow is Executive Vice President of RT Residential, Inc. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in homebuilding, development, and construction. He previously served as the Production Manager of Rottlund Homes. He holds a Construction Management degree from Mankato State University. Paul is proud to see our team of professionals come together and provide an excellent product and experience for our customers.

Tim Wells

VP of Operations

Tim Wells is Vice President of Operations of RT Residential, Inc. Tim oversees operations of Production, Purchasing, Stakeholder Communication, and Customer Care. Tim has spent over 15 years in the residential construction sector, working locally, regionally and internationally. Tim has a BA from Bethel University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Away from work, Tim enjoys spending time outside with his wife and three children, being a mediocre fisherman and a terrible golfer.

Chris Mohn

Operations Project Manager

Chris is the operations specialist for RTR. His role is often unseen, but is key to the success of the team. Chris handles the project management and purchasing software, vendor insurance compliance, purchase orders, and everything that else that needs to get done! Chris has an MS degree from Liberty University. He grew up in Pennsylvania, and loves outdoor sports, adventures, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Dustin Qualley

Project Manager

Dustin serves as a Project Manager with RTR. He has been with Tradition for over 5 years, and has spent his entire working life in the construction industry in a variety of capacities. Dustin provides site leadership and supervision on the large scale projects he oversees. He is Minnesota born and raised, and the proud father of 3.

Nate Arentz

Project Manager

Nate is a Project Manager. He has over 5 years experience as a PM in the infrastructure and housing sector. Nate provides overall site management in the communities he is responsible for. Nate has a Project Management Degree from Bemidji State University, where he played hockey for 4 years. Nate loves going to his cabin, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Dave Willcock

Project Manager

Dave is an Assistant Project Manager with RTR homes. His role includes support to the Project Manager, and focuses his efforts on the fit and finish side of the build process. Dave has a BA in Business Management, with 20+ years in Operations Management. Dave grew up in Ottawa Canada, and enjoys fishing, reading, rooting for the Vikings, and spending time with his family and friends.

Greg Hjelle

Project Manager

In his role as a Project Manager, Greg provides overall site leadership and management to his communities. He oversees home construction, scheduling, and site safety. Greg brings a wealth of experience spending over 25 years in residential construction, remodeling and property management, owning and operating his own business for much of that time. Greg enjoys spending time at his cabin, trips to the BWCA, playing music and hanging out with his wife and 3 sons.

Randy Peittersen

Project Manager

Randy serves as an Assistant Project Manager. His role includes support to the Project Manager, and focuses his efforts on the fit and finish side of the build process. Randy has more than 20 years in the residential construction industry, including 5 years of Project Management Experience and 10 years of owning and operating his own construction business. He is a hands on leader and helps us finish homes on time and in budget. Randy enjoys fishing, hunting and golf.

Brian Engebreston

Architectural Drafting Manager

Brian is the manager of our Drafting Department. With 30 years in the business, he has worked on a wide range of projects, from Single Family, Townhomes, and Condominiums. Brian is hands on from design development through permitting and field support during construction. Away from work, he enjoys exploring the Twin Cities and traveling with his wife.

Tylan Procko

Assistant Project Manager

Tylan Procko, born and raised in Burnsville Minnesota where he played baseball and hockey. Prior to Robert Thomas, Tylan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Cloud State University and worked in sales for two years before making the leap into construction. He is currently an Assistant Project Manager in Albertville. Outside of work his hobbies include fishing, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with friends & family.

Marie Olson

Architectural Drafter

Marie is a member of our drafting department. With a BS in Architecture from the U of M, and a background in structural design, she is able to develop a plan from concept to construction documents. When she’s not glued to the computer, Marie loves going out to listen to live music, working on various creative projects, and spending time Up North with family and friends.

Ron Fausch


Ron Fausch is an Estimator for RT Residential and has been with Tradition Companies Since 1994. Ron has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry. During the summer months he enjoys being at the lake, boating and fishing; and in the fall, deer hunting and pheasant hunting.

Mason McCormick

Assistant Project Manager

Mason serves as an Assistant Project Manager. His role includes support to the Project Manager, his efforts focus on the fit and finish side of the build process. Prior to RT Residential Inc., Mason graduated from the University of Nebraska and worked for a national home builder in Nashville Tennessee before moving back home to join Robert Thomas. Outside of work he enjoys fishing, playing hockey, and spending time with his family and friends.
