Project Manager
Job Description
This person will organize and oversee the successful completion and delivery of Multi-family attached homes in various communities throughout the Twin Cities Metro. This job plays a critical role in the home building process.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field
- 3-5 years experience in construction or related field
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to get “hands dirty” in various tasks related to Construction Management
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of new homes
- Manage construction schedule
- Maintain clean and organized job site and overall community presentation
- Maintain a safe site to company and OSHA safety regulations
- Work closely with the Sales team in communication on the progress of construction
- Conduct various construction meetings with customers throughout the construction process
- Deliver an unmatched homebuilding experience to our customers
